the Directions and Priorities for Government ICT
 The Roadmap is an All-of-Government Common ICT
Capability Roadmap one tool to enable this
transformation
 The Roadmap contains ICT building blocks to enable
cross-agency common approaches to common needs
 Each Common Capability is validated and then
delivered following normal Government Business Case
processes
 Additional mechanisms are established to ensuring we
achieve consistency and efficient implementation
 With the Roadmap and methodology we have an
additional tool to transform the Directions and Priorities
for Government ICT from strategy to implementation

• Syndicated Mobile Agreements span 126
agencies or 59% of total expenditure
• Agreements expire in June 2012
• ‘Other’ eligible agencies will transition on
their contract expiry or earlier if practicable
• Agencies have been advised not to lock in
their mobile voice and data spend past mid
next year ensuring they can transition to the
new agreement
