Initiation fees
There is a one-time National
Registration Fee that covers your
membership for the entire four years
of medical school.
Chapter dues are established by each
individual chapter

Each initiated member receives an
official membership card and is
expected to retain it in his possession.

Shingle
Each member receives an engraved,
hand calligraphized, shingle suitable
for framing to hang in a room or
office.

Requirements
● Communicate regularly with the Central
Office via national officers
● Submit the Annual Chapter Report
● Submit articles to the Phi Chi Chronicles
● Keep handy a copy of the Constitution for
members perusal
● Elect delegates to the Grand Chapter
