Security Program, to authorize Gold Star Family members unescorted
access onto Army installations

Initiated a change to Army Regulation 930-4, HQ Army Emergency Relief,
adding Survivor Outreach Services staff to the casualty support section on
identification of Survivors needing financial aid

Identification Cards, to qualifying Survivors to facilitate access across Army
garrisons.
Feb 13 Established SOS toll free number - 855-707-2769. OCONUS number has
been requested.

 Continued by GEN Dempsey and expanded to 10 members by GEN Ordierno
 Survivors Advisors (Spouses, parents and uniformed) meet regularly with senior
Army leaders
