Suggestion of

• Communicate on facts / realization.

• Put the stress on French state implications + efforts.

• Reduce the social fracture between companies and employees  Reconcile population with « enterprise »  Educate/train workforce to industry needs • Encourage initiatives such as « invest in France » agency 13
