Objectives of the Project
 Enable civil society participation in Ukraine
 Promote sustainable development and
environmental integration within the ENP
process
 Foster good governance and project
cooperation both between the EU member
states and the NC

 Study tour to Brussels
 National assessment of the status of
environment and civil society participation
in Ukraine
 Organization of local round tables with
other environmental NGOs
 Organization of media event
 Network with state bodies, NGOs and
media

Objectives:
 to bring attention of the state authorities in
Ukraine and institutions of the European Union
to the need to strengthen the environmental
protection and public participation issues in the
EU-Ukraine Action Plan as well as European
Neighborhood Policy ;
 provide them with concrete proposals and
recommendations to improve the situation.
