Objectives:
to bring attention of the state authorities in
Ukraine and institutions of the European Union
to the need to strengthen the environmental
protection and public participation issues in the
EU-Ukraine Action Plan as well as European
Neighborhood Policy ;
provide them with concrete proposals and
recommendations to improve the situation.
