Erel Property Management OÜ is a company dealing with project management,
building- and real estate development since 2001. We have projects located all
over Estonia – in Pärnu, Maardu, Rakvere, Narva and Tallinn. We also have
experience in operating in foreign countries.
In our work we use higher standards and quality requirements to offer to our
clients flexible solutions and high quality. We have a long term professional
experience on a very large scale of projects: private houses, apartment buildings,
kindergartens, commercial buildings, high-rise buildings, multi-functional
buildings, etc.
We offer three groups of basic services: real estate development-project
management, real estate maintenance service and real estate management: full
solution to investors.
