logistics
• • • • The workshop will take place in the St. Antonius Hospital in Nieuwegein, the Netherlands. Nieuwegein is close to Utrecht, and Utrecht central station is a 30 minute trainride from Schiphol Airport.
The hotel where you will be staying is the “ Mercure ”, Buizerdlaan 10, 3435 SB Nieuwegein. This hotel is 5 minutes drive from the hospital, a pick-up from the hotel is organized.
• The meeting starts on day 1 at 17.00 in the hospital: please gather in the hotel lobby at 16.45.
The EVAR live cases will start at 8.30 on day 2 in the Hybrid OR of St. Antonius. After checkout, please gather in the hotel lobby at 8.00 for the transfer to the Hospital.
Please plan you departure on day 2 not before 17.00 so you can attend all the planned live cases.
