GHD Series
Many applications require a wire-to-board connector that is sub-miniature in size but that offers
many of the attributes of connectors larger in size.
The GH/GHD series wire-to-board connectors are on a 1.25mm (.049”) pitch, molded in a 94V0
PBT, SMT compatible, polarized and have a secure positive locking feature including an audible
click/tactile feedback, when mated.
GH SINGLE ROW

The GH single row crimp style wire-to-board connector series is available in 2 through 15 circuits.
The series is rated at 1.0 amp AC/DC using a 26AWG wire, has a rating of 50 volts AC/DC and
operates in a temperature range of -25 degrees centigrade to +85 degrees centigrade.

The GH single row crimp style wire-to-board contacts will accommodate a wire range of 30 to 26
AWG . Contacts are tin plated phosphor bronze providing for a very reliable contact interface and
cost effective solution.
GH SINGLE ROW HEADERS
RoHS compliant (lead free) 94V0 9T Nylon surface mount headers are available in either top (vertical)
mount or side (right angle) mount. Header contacts are tin plated phosphor bronze and reinforcements
(for additional mechanical strength) are tin plated brass. Headers are provided on embossed tape for
automatic insertion equipment.

THE GHD double row crimp style wire-to-board connector is currently available in 20 circuits. The series
is rated at 1.0 amp AC/DC using a 26AWG wire, has a rating of 50 volts AC/DC and operates in a
temperature range of -25 degrees centigrade to +85 degrees centigrade.

The GHD double row crimp style wire-to-board contacts will accommodate a wire range of 30 to 26
AWG. Contacts are selectively gold plated phosphor bronze providing for a very reliable contact interface
using gold only where required.
GHD DOUBLE ROW HEADER
RoHS compliant (lead free) 94V0 9T Nylon surface mount header is available in top (vertical)
mount. Header contacts are gold plated phosphor bronze and reinforcements (for additional
mechanical strength) are tin plated brass. Headers are provided on embossed tape for automatic
insertion equipment.

Applicators are available for semi-automatic and fully automatic termination equipment normally
found in the manufacturing environment as well as standard hand tools and our most recent Minireel hand tool introduction for engineering, lab and pre-production requirements. For additional
