PAC help to accomplish? How are
expectations for the PAC established and
communicated? Is there an annual charge
and outcome statement for the PAC?
• How is the PAC organized? How are PAC
members recruited? How is the number of
representatives determined? Does your PAC
have appointed officers? Does the PAC have
a constitution and/or by-laws that
communicate these expectations?

Communication Plan & Plan of Work for
the PAC

is the location of meetings established? Are
minutes recorded and distributed? Is there a
process for follow-up after PAC meetings? Is there
a communication plan that documents this
process?
• What is the most important function of the PAC?
Are there specific accomplishments for the PAC?
If so, what are they and are there goal statements
associated with this work? Does the PAC have an
established plan of work for each academic year?
7
Continuous Improvement & Evaluation
Plan for the PAC
• Is the PAC involved in evaluating programs?
How do the members of the PAC support
teachers or the LEA to improve programs?
Are LEA or program data presented to the
PAC? If so, what data and in what frequency
are the data presented?
• How is the PAC evaluated? What measures
of success are identified for the PAC? Does
the PAC have a plan for reflection and
evaluation? How are the members of the
