contracting opportunities for Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB). •The WOSB Federal Contract Program provides equal access to federal contracting opportunities for WOSB and Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Businesses (EDWOSB). •WOSB Program has 38 4-digit NAICS codes eligible •EDWOSB Program has 45 4-digit NAICS codes eligible •Award price cannot exceed $6.5 million for manufacturing Certification (Cont.) Self Certification: • Contractor must register in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as WOSB or EDWOSB. • Contractor must compile, upload, and validate all documents required under FAR 19.1503 in the web-based WOSB Program Repository. • Contractor must represent status in Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). Third Party Certification: • Contractor must register in CCR as WOSB or EDWOSB. • Contractor must obtain certification from an SBA-approved Third Party Certifier and submit to Contracting Officer. • Contractor must obtain SBA’s WOSB Program Certification Form (SBA Form 2413) and submit to the Contracting Officer; and • Contractor must represent status in ORCA. 14 7/17/2015 WOSB Program Repository •WOSB Repository.
