Manages the supply chain and
logistics for Naval weapons:
Provides parts to the Fleet and life
cycle logistics support to weapon
system Program Managers.
Develops and maintains optimal
stock positioning and retail allowance
strategies.
Provides logistics and supply
assistance to DLA, Marine Corps
Aviation, Coast Guard and
Foreign Military partners.

programs for active duty military,
retirees, Reservists and their families.
Oversee 105 Navy Exchange complexes
with approximately 305 retail locations,
43 Navy Lodges, 157 ship's stores and
the Uniform Program Management
Office $40M (FY06) in profits support
Morale, Welfare and Recreation
programs ashore. NEX gave nearly $34
million in profits to MWR to support
quality of life programs.
