OPM TMA Team Kickoff October 6, 2008 Agenda • • • • • • • • • Welcome Introductions OPM Presentations Sigmatech Overview Sigmatech OPM TMA Program Update Partnering Process Registering Opportunities Resources and Support Partner Presentations Sigmatech Proprietary Information Contract Description • OPM TMA, an ID/IQ contract, was awarded to Sigmatech by the Office of Personnel Management on 29 October 2007 for a period of five years whose sole purpose is to create a comprehensive, end-to-end service model that Government agencies will find responsive to their needs. • Type of work required includes: analysis, design, development implementation, and evaluation of customized training programs, job aids, and enterprisewide performance support strategies and tools. • Examples of products to be delivered include: classroom based training materials, print-based instructional materials, CBT, WBT, blended learning solutions, and learning, management and information systems development. Successful oral presentation to FDA for web development, database, IT services – Kickoff meeting on July 16 – Three tasks added to original SOO – Work orders have been issued for all tasks • September 15: Won our second task competition! Successful written proposal to DLA for Lean Six Sigma Support – Kickoff meeting on September 18 – Work orders have been issued for all tasks • September 1: Participated in USDA Leadership Development TOC • October 9: Participating in Veteran Benefits Administration Training TOC Sigmatech Proprietary What’s Next for Sigmatech • Manage FDA and DLA Tasks • Visit Partner Sites in preparation for future bids • Contact potential customers to bring to the contract • Visit OPM regularly • Update OPM Website for Potential Customers and Support for Partners Sigmatech Proprietary Sigmatech OPM Team • Team members need to keep their Capabilities Matrix information current • When we are invited to a Task Order Competition (TOC). We will notify team members and gauge interest in the opportunity • We will partner with team members that give us the best chance of winning • Team Members should pre-register for opportunities to receive first consideration for tasking Sigmatech OPM Team Team Members should pre-register for OPM TMA business opportunities to receive first consideration in TOCs. • In all cases we will refer to the team member capabilities • If we see gaps that could be mitigated by bringing in another team member to support the effort, we will make that recommendation • We will select team members as early in the TOC process as possible • We look at the entire picture and ensure Sigmatech and our team members are in the best possible position to win and assure that the best product is delivered Pre-registration Pre-registration requirements are: • Opportunity is well defined • Client is being actively marketed for the opportunity and/or is a current customer • Pre-Registration is submitted prior to TOC Invitation • Team Member has existing capability and resources to support opportunity Sigmatech Proprietary Information Pre-registration Pre-Registration should include: • • • • • • • • Description of the opportunity How have you marketed this effort?
