The Questionnaires that
the clinician will use
depends on the client’s
AGE at the time of the
FIRST EBP SESSION.
The system will
calculate the client’s age
based on their age in
the Integrated System
at the time of the first
EBP Session.
Clinicians use the same
set of Questionnaires
throughout the
treatment, even if the
client has a birthday.
