Overview
 Encompass was developed by KI to provide
both drawing and quotation capabilities.
 Encompass Specifier (Espec) allows you to
specify and price all KI product lines with the
exception of Fixed Seating and Architectural
Walls.
 2020 Worksheet is the recommended specifier
for reps who use Giza Studio to generate
drawings
 KI vision is to phase out Quotespace in 2007
Learning Objectives
After the training session you will be able to:
• Establish your default settings.
• Start a new project
• Add product into the project using three (3) methods:
• Select product from a publication (pricelist)
• Select product by searching by model number
• Select product by searching on product
description
• Apply options to each model or group of models
• Export your project to a .epx format to share with
other Espec users
• Export your project into a .SIF format for use in KI
