Information Technologies

Specially developed complete information
system allows to control whole process of
transportation from loading till to-door
delivery.

Trucks are equipped with GPS navigation
systems

WMS for vehicles storage and handling
management (with wireless data terminals)

Unlimited possibilities for upgrading,
adaptation for clients purposes and
integration with other information systems
– the system is developed and supported
by our own IT department.



At 2007 we have opened the new 3PL
logistics complex «Major TerminalM9» that includes:

Class «A» warehouse, 20 000
m2, for long term storage and
transit.

Compound for 1 000 vehicles
storage.


Vehicles Distribution Center

At 2008 Major have opened new Vehicles
Distribution Center in Moscow region that includes:







Vehicle storage compound (total area of 18
hectares) with the capacity for 9500
vehicles
Loading-unloading area and vehicle
inspection area for for simultaneous
loading/unloading of about 25 trucks.
Office building
Vehicle washing facility
PDI service
Parking lot for 50 trucks
Recreation area for drivers
Vehicles Distribution Center


Working 24 hours, 7 days per week
Maximum level of security: electronic access control
system, 24 hours electronic security system of the
perimeter, 24 hours CCTV with automatic recording,
24 hours patrol of the territory by the group of
cynologists

24 hours center illumination

Telephony, Internet broadband access, wireless
network covers on the territory

High-tech wireless terminals for data collection and
processing, specially developed WMS system
