Health and Hygiene
• Supporting good health and hygiene in our
schools and communities
– Educating on cleaning and preventing asthma
– Supporting school cleaning
– Partnering on flu prevention
– Promoting safe laundering and cleaning practices
For Better Living
• Clean the World collects discarded hygiene
products from more than 1,700 participating hotels
• Over 17 million soap bars and 325,000 pounds of
shampoo and conditioner have been put back into
human use, simultaneously eliminating over 750
tons of waste.
– Volunteers assembled over 3,000 hygiene kits
during ACI’s 2014 Annual Convention
