IAH-E Program Overview
• 75%* of eligible costs or up to $150,000* per unit in funding • Forgivable loan registered on title in 2 nd position • NRH has flexibility to set local rules and priorities • Focus on • Seniors, persons with disabilities • Supportive housing • Use of apprentices or apprenticeship programs • Long term financial viability

• At least 16 years of age for more details) • At or below the annual maximum Household Income Limits (HILs) – see RFP • Documentation on tenant files (may be subject to audit) • No annual income reviews required (just verification of initial incoming HIL)
