Recommendations and Concerns
Strongly recommended the previous proposed gate location them present one. Reason for balance
packing of the far end to minimize voids problem or over pack at one end nearer to gating.
The sinkmark as per indicated on Pg#14 is not lightly to happen. Sinkmark will occur at the flat
areas for this case prefer your initial recommended gate position. (Mr Cayou
please be noted). Voids or bubble is the mains issue in the molding. Gate side be at least half the
part thickness to avoid the voids and sinkmark issue.
