So you want to work at Cafe and get paid,
this is how the system works.

You have to tell BOA anything you know about
your schedule AHEAD OF TIME this would be
obligations like class schedule, activities,
preferences AND any time off requests

BOS
BOA tells the scheduler how to make your
schedule.
After the schedule is made, the scheduler
updates BOS.

BOS is where active schedules are held,
and now you can get your schedule from BOS!
Now you know when and where to work!

BOS holds the active schedule, so if you want to add or
get rid of some hours, you have to let BOS know! If
someone takes your sub, BOS will update your schedule
automatically.

NOW TO GET $$PAID$$
To do this, you have to tell the campus payroll system
called KRONOS. KRONOS isn’t a part of Cafe and is a
totally separate system. So to get paid, you tell
KRONOS what hours you’ve worked, and then the cash
comes rolling in!
