Peranti Pengangkat Untuk Kotak
Kotak akan bergerak atas ‘roller conveyor’ dan diangkat oleh silinder A. Silinder B
akan menolak kotak ke ‘roller conveyor’ yang kedua. Silinder B tidak akan patah
balik sehingga silinder A sampai ke kedudukan asal.

SIGNAL OVERLAP
“Signal Overlap” atau “Opposing Signal” terjadi disebabkan Directional
Control Valve yang menerima maklumat angin untuk kedua-dua ‘air pilot
signal’ mendapat selangan masa yang terlalu singkat atau pun satu silinder
yang bergerak keluar dan masuk tanpa diselangi oleh pergerakkan silinder
lain.

“Bench Drill”
Benda kerja diletakkan ke dalam peranti pengepit (clamping) dengan
menggunakan tangan. Cylinder pengepit 1A akan beranjak ke hadapan
apabila suis ‘Start’ ditekan. Apabila benda kerja telah dikepit, ia akan di
gerudi oleh selinder 2A dan selinder 2A akan kembali ke kedudukan asal
setelah selesai proses gerudi. Kemudian selinder 1A akan kembali ke
kedudukan asal.
