Free Students Numbers Submitted for FTE Report is derived from a Formula Using Current or First Year Data Fee Waivers for High School Students Parents: The ACT (American College Testing) and The College Board (SAT, PSAT) offer fee waivers to reduce the cost of the ACT, SAT, and PSAT exams for students from families who qualify under the criteria listed below. Qualifying students should speak with their counselor about fee waivers for these examinations. The College Board also offers a reduced fee exam for students taking the Advanced Placement (AP) exams each May.
