• Rational, policy background: EURO-Islam: Legal Advcances and challenges • Research objectives (to be adapted): • enhance the understanding of implications of Islamic law for different aspects in Europe’s society and market and to establish a related scientific foundation • To provide recommendations for respective regional, national and European policies • To enhance the expertise of the seconded researchers and the mutual understanding of their perspectives, approaches and methods • To shape new training modules for teacher education

Staff member unit cost per person month of secondment: 2.000 € Research, traning & networking costs per pers. Month: 1.800 € Management and indirect costs per person month: 700 € NB: Russian partners are normally expected to provide their own funding via the respective Russian funding agency
