Sunday duty
• Identification discs not put on agar plates.
• Antibiotic history not entered on LIMS.
• Plating out of urine samples was of poor
standard.
• One of the selective agar plates was
missed off of the plating regimen for
wounds.
• There were no Gentamicin kits left.
I am too old
for all this!

forward

• Encourage staff to participate by having prizes of
