coast, particularly North Carolina

First location was in stonecrest

Idea is to reenact the feeling you get when you go to a ski lodge

It stimulates the senses, relaxes the soul, and transports the guests to a special
place like no other
Currently 26 store locations. Plan to double by the end of 2015
Cooks everything over a wood burning fire.

1. What is the Market Strategy?
• Promote themselves as a unique steakhouse
• Promote 100% customer satisfaction using the 4 walls technique
2. What is Strategy behind the menu?
• offer hand cut steaks over a wood burning fire(10%-20% cheaper)
• Make every house specialty unique in its own way for instance the pecan
encrusted trout served with a peach salsa

• Attract more of a national pharmaceutical companies that have branches in the

Social Media Campaign
Create a campaign using the social media websites. The members of the social
media websites create a video of a new menu item that they want to see in the
menu. The video with the most likes will receive a gift card and there menu item
added. Higher a College student from a local school(UNCC). He/she will handle the
social media aspect and keeping the hype on the campaign.
Bar menu item
Add 5 new sauces to the bar/ happy hour menu to add more customization to the
menu

3. Sweet and Sour
4. Caribbean style (hot peppers with some exotic spices) spiciest of the five

Cost
Winner of the contest will receive a $1000 gift card and the 5 runner ups
will receive $200 gift cards. New menu item will range from $20,000$30,000
The 5 new sauces will cost 3,000 dollars each for a total cost of 15,000
