Need to ensure you have not hurt

Fears focus on hurting certain
people or oneself. These
obsessions are very disturbing
and appear in the mind as "hit
it, throw it out the window"
or "What if you gave a blow
to the head?",

Causing discomfort is
severe because the affected
believes that if these
thoughts are in your head
is that you really want to
make that action but
nothing is further from
reality.

A variety of these
obsessions are sexual
violence, fear usually
sexually assaulting
someone.

Another variety is of
those who are afraid of
losing control in the
form of verbal abuse or
disclosure of secrets.

Also they belong to this category suicidal
obsessions such as "if I die throw it off the
balcony safe"
How to remove an obsession?
Decide: If really worth, what I can control?
What?
 Think: Do you think Worrying is sprucing
things alone?
 If you have solution, do not worry. If you
do not, do not worry


My name is Enrique, I am a
parent and my experience
with OCD He began
without even realizing it. I
thought the fact was
repeating things as normal as
getting out of bed at night to
make sure I conveniently
closed the gas tap, windows,
etc.
Over time, doubts were
growing and it forced me
to stay up late at night,
with input and output of
the exhausting bed and
lack of sleep, resulting in
fatigue and poor job
performance the next day.
My wife and children suffered a lot to see this
irrational behavior that could not avoid and I
felt awful for causing so much damage, which in
addition to frustrate me for feeling a nuisance
generated even greater anxiety.
