FEED BACK & MONITORING PROCESS OF ERDMP IN MATHURA REFINERY Mr. B. BARLA, SO (HSE) Mr. UK SHAKHYAWAR, CM (HSE) Mr. PK VIDYADHAR, DGM (HSE) Mr. C SHANKAR, GM (HSE) Roadmap to ERDMP Accreditation • M/s DMI, Bhopal was entrusted for accreditation of ERDMP on 16.12.2012 • ERDMP for Mathura Refinery was developed as per the ERDMP guidelines • ERDMP handed over to M/s DMI, Bhopal for preliminary review on 25.01.12 • ERDMP reviewed and valuable suggestion given for inclusion • Experts from M/s DMI, visited Mathura refinery on 29.03.12 for verification through conducting disaster drill. Roadmap to ERDMP Accreditation • Disaster drill conducted with observation by M/s DMI, Bhopal personnel. • Areas of improvement suggested for Mathura refinery and external agencies as well. • Final review of the ERDMP was done from 21.05.12 to 24.05.12 through field verification. • Final Off-site disaster drill was conducted on 29.05.12 with active participation from District administration, Police Deptt., District Medical Services & other external agencies. • Accreditation of ERDMP Mathura refinery was obtained on 19.06.2012. Changes in ERDMP Inclusion of the following are done in ERDMP • • • • • • • • Classification of emergency scenarios as Level -1, Level-2 & Level – 3.
