Dr. Fu-Kwun Wang received his PhD. in Industrial Management and Systems Engineering from Arizona State University,
Tempe, Arizona, U.S.A. He received his MS. in Statistics from Arizona State University and his BS. in Mathematics from
National Cheng Chi University, Taiwan.
Currently, he is a professor in the Department of Industrial Management at National Taiwan University of Science and
Technology, Taiwan. He is a member of ASQ and CIIE.

Dr. Po-Hsun Kuo received his B.B.A and M.B.A in Industrial Management from the National Cheng-Kung University. He
went on to receive his M.S.I.E. in Industrial and System Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology, as well as an
Ph.D. degree in Decision Sciences and Engineering Systems at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Dr. Kuo teaches supply
chain and operations research related courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
