opbrengsten en niet alleen naar de kosten
• Er ontstaat een tekort aan hoogopgeleide ICT’ers
• De prijsdruk op ICT services houdt aan. Bedrijven moeten hun
strategie aanpassen; flexibiliteit en inspelen op nieuwe markten is
noodzakelijk
• Bedrijven kiezen meer standaardoplossingen dan investeren in
maatwerk ICT
• De vraag naar consultants neemt hierdoor af
• Onlinebestedingen nemen toe, mede door mobiel internet

op de veranderingen zoals het verschuiven van

toenemende eisen op het gebied van gebruiksvriendelijkheid.
