1. Metalman Auto uses the MIG/ MAG welding process for its welding and
fabrication requirements. We also use the welding robots for the same.
2. Metalman Auto has nearly 65 welding robots and around 200 MIG / MAG
welding sets and 100 plus In-house made Welding SPM.
3. Welding robots are 6-Axis, welding reach up to 2000 mm, and rated duty
cycle 100% at up to 400 Amperes.

Metalman Auto Unit II, also known as B17 plant came into operations in July, 2011.
This plant is catering to the requirement of three wheeler body parts of Bajaj Auto
such as Wind Shield, Doors, Floor Board, Cabin Roof, and Cabin Back along with
the stamping parts for the Two Wheeler Chassis and Seat Recliner Assly., etc.

of Metalman Auto Pvt. Ltd.
•This unit was initially started
specially for catering the
requirements of Kinetic Honda
Motor Company Ltd. and also
had catered for complete
chassis, handles and other sheet
metal and tubular parts to
Mahindra and Mahindra 2Wheelers.
•Manufacturing different sheet metal & tubular components like accelerator assembly, foot
board, gear shifter etc. for Volvo-Eicher & Force Motors for their LCV, MCV & HCV’s.
•We have well established Tool Room for manufacturing and maintenance of Dies, Press,
Tools, Jigs and Fixtures. We also have committed ancillaries for supply of our BOP
requirements.
