Responsible for setting up and managing accounts using OMH’s Security Management System (SMS) Review usage reports on a monthly basis.

Ensure that all staff complete the annual security trainings:    Cornerstones of Confidentiality 2005 IST training HIPPA

Master Trainer

    Anyone in your agency with technical, training, and program capacity.

Responsible for providing training to “ALL” agency staff.

Primary conduit between agency and helpdesk.
