LOCALISED TO THE CONTEXT OF VANUATU,

MODULES & USE OF QUALIFIED LOCAL
TRAINING PROVIDERS.
IN APRIL 2014, CLGF UNDERTOOK AN
EVALUATION OF THE LEL PROGRAM AIMED AT
