Haukkavuori Observation Tower
Originally designed as a water tower by
architect John Paatela
Is located on the western edge of Kotkansaari
Construction began in 1914 but was interrupted
by the Finnish Civil War, and only completed in
1920
Contains a café and an observation deck

The old reservoir has been converted into a
unique art gallery where there are changing
exhibitions throughout the year
