Haukkavuori Observation Tower
 Originally designed as a water tower by
architect John Paatela
 Is located on the western edge of Kotkansaari
 Construction began in 1914 but was interrupted
by the Finnish Civil War, and only completed in
1920
 Contains a café and an observation deck
 72m above sea level
 The old reservoir has been converted into a
unique art gallery where there are changing
exhibitions throughout the year
