• Representing history – communication, becoming more human.
• building as a sign -- stands for other meaning besides
architecture, like commercial.
• Narrative -- using linguistic method to create architecture
or using architecture to speak things
• Basic on modernism, and didn’t create new theory history but challenging
the preconception of modernism architecture

Signs provide meanings of history, story, communication...so on
Post-modernism enrich the following architectural theories and
