Certify entire AF Fleet to use a 50/50 SynFuel blend
2016 Acquisition Goal
Cost competitively acquire 50% of Air Force's domestic aviation
fuel requirement via alternative fuel blends in which the alternative
component is derived from domestic sources produced in a manner
that is greener than fuels produced from conventional petroleum

A-10, F-15, C-17, F-16, MQ-9, RQ-4, C-130 & F-22 demonstrated
HRJ blend ops

No significant performance of functional differences noted
relative to JP-8

90% of the fleet certified

Certification activities on-track for FY13 completion
