PFS
(Project Financial Statement)
INTRODUCTION
PFS i.e. Project Financial Statement reflects position of
MACP Project as a whole for financial year ended on 31st
March.
 All of us know financial year means from 1st April of
running year to 31st March of succeeding year (12
Months period) i.e . Financial Year 2013-14 means 1st
April 2013 to 31 March 2014.
 We have to submit PFS for F.Y. 2013-14 before 30.6.2014
to External Auditor(AG and CA).
 Our PFS should get ready before 15.5.2014 so that
further necessary action can be taken in this regard.

Whatever data entered in PFS should be
considered from Books of Accounts and verified
from the fourth quarter IUFR submitted.
The Opening Balances should be considered from
the previous PFS submitted and approved by the
HO of MACP.
Closing balances should be tallied with the IUFR
and Books of accounts maintained.
