• SLAs for all assets of the State to calculated on Half Yearly bases.
• Enterprise Management System (EMS)
- Dash Board for Nodal Officers at State & District level
- Periodic Status Reports to designated officers
- Alerts & escalations on violation of SLA provisions
* States requested to send details (Name, Designation, Department,
Mobile No & email add) of the Nodal officers at State & District levels.
