What is KORA?
KORA is The Danish Institute for Local and
Regional Government Research.
KORA conducts analysis and research on and
for the 98 Danish municipalities and five
regions.
KORA provides application-oriented and
practice-oriented knowledge for and on
municipalities and regions.
KORA has a special duty to disseminate
knowledge and assist implementing the best
solutions for municipalities and regions.

Preliminary results on KORA’s
Performance
Quality: KORA is to be the preferred provider of
analysis and research in the field of welfare state
analysis
– 82,5 % of actors who has required analysis and
research tasks by KORA are satisfied with the quality
of the analysis and research. (80 % is judged as a
success rate)
