Safety Standards Overview
Safety standards are provided to contractor,
in addition to a Health, Safety and
Environment (HSE) questionnaire to assess
HSE Risk Category.
All contractors must meet or exceed
Halliburton safety standards and maintain

Contractor responsibilities are consistent with
Halliburton’s HSE policies and standards.
20 Rules of Contractor Responsibilities
represent areas where we, as well as our
contractors, have identified and mitigated HSE risks.
Contractors taking direct focus on HSE standards reinforces Halliburton’s
continuing efforts for HSE improvement and ultimately in reaching our
goal of perfect HSE performance.
