What we do
• Screening for “fit-to-service”
• Provide information to potential clients and family members
• Brief/initial assessment to determine where the person should
be referred to for appropriate service

• Referral planning to addictions services and other sectors
▫ Not only in Ottawa, but other cities in the province too

• Walk-in clinics where we will provide information
and conduct brief assessments
• Family information regarding addictions services
and support services available to them in the
community
• One-on-one services where appropriate (literacy or
comprehension issues)
