Community Involvement
Solution Intake
• Find the shortest pathway through VHA – OIT – Product Development
for each product, solution or service, thus optimizing C3>C1
• Use Case under development - Fileman 22.2
Community
Developed
Solutions
• Create a reference guide for the community for utilizing Cooperative
Research and Development Agreements. Will encourage community to
engage in VA’s pilot and Proofs-of-Concept (POC) process.
• Run POC Pilots (e.g., review community developed meds reconciliation)
External
Communication
• Host an Industry Day for members of the outside community to learn
about the VistA Evolution Program. Will inspire the community to bring
