 So users will always see an action displayed.

How to turn on/off traces for the BI launch pad:



In the CMC, go to Applications > BI LaunchPad > Properties > Trace Logs Settings
You can choose the log level (unspecified, none, …, high)
Log files are generated in the following directory:
