Twelve Stones Overview & Summary

• Twelve Stones Mission: Honor God as Responsible Stewards of the Resources and the Relationships entrusted to us by Developing a sustainable model of cattle & ag management, investing into the development of people, and creating opportunities for people to experience authentic relationships with each other and with God.

• Ranch Overview: 1,750 contiguous acres located in Decatur, Arkansas. Primary crops: Cattle & Hay • Cattle Overview: A Productive herd of Angus, Braford, and Brangus Cattle. Goal is 500 cows.

• Spring 2013: Acquire 200 pregnant heifers with Fall ’13 calves • Fall 2013: Acquire 200 pregnant heifers with Spring ‘14 calves • Spring 2014: Acquire 100 heifers and breed 50/50 Fall/Spring calving season • Hay Production Overview: 300 Acres of Hay. 180 acres Fescue/Rye. 120 Acres Bermuda. Goal is 3,000 bales annually.

• Labor Overview: A high-integrity team of experienced, knowledgeable and hard working “imagineers.” • 1-Full Time “Cattle & Agriculture Manager.” • 1-Full Time “Equipment & Facilities Manager.” • 1-Contracted “Operations Director” (Approximately 20-hours/week.) • Seasonal Part Time as required. (Approximately 2 @ 20-hours/week, 6-months per year.) • Equipment & Facilities: The Ranch is equipment with state of the art equipment & technology to maximize yield.

• Big Iron: JD 750K Dozer, JD 250G Excavator, JD 6170R AG Tractor, Bobcat T870, JD 6125R AG Tractor • 35,000 Sqft of Office, Equipment Shop, Sports Facility and Overnight Sleeping Quarters • RFID Cattle Management System, Hydraulic Corrals, Solar Powered Fresh Water Wells.

• Recreation: Professionally managed fishing ponds, wildlife, hiking trails, shooting range, archery & indoor sports facility. • Authentic Relationships: The whole purpose of the Ranch is to serve as the backdrop for experiencing authentic relationships with each other and with God.
