When the answer is incorrect
HOW THEY FORM?
Immediately after attempting a questions, if the submitted answer is
incorrect. Within seconds, a student can correct what he / she
struggled with for over several minutes just prior.
Student is keen to know where he/she went wrong. This is n ideal
time to share the tips and the algorithm for the incorrect answer. A
new window open up with tips to show how to reattempt the
questions.
The Formative Round consolidates learning, builds confidence
while providing a better understanding whenever a mistake is
made. This self-analysis is important to success.
Normally, a student attempts a mock and takes a while to
figure out how to correct own mistakes. Normal reports
provide summative averages that do not provide formative

HOW FORMING ARE THE MOCKS?
Manishi, a student of Class X, Section E, CMS, got an average of 53.7% in a Mathematics OnLine Mock ROUND 1. Out of 30 Pre-Board Questions, she got 16 correct and 14 incorrect. She
took a total of 1 hour and 59 minutes to complete the MOCK.
In 2nd Attempt, after reading TargetPLUS Tips and Algorithms, she corrected her own10 out of 14
questions in just 18 minutes which she struggled with for over an hour in Round 1!
In traditional reporting, details are often ignored. It would have taken far greater effort for Manishi
to figure out her mistakes and correct them after a traditional pre-Board. This is the process that
