Rotary Foundation Funds
• Annual Programs Fund
• Restricted Funds – Polio Plus or Matching
Grants
• Permanent Fund
So, how can you become
involved with the Rotary
Foundation?
How can your club become
involved with the
Rotary Foundation?
First, become a
Sustainer.
Contribute $100 per year
to the Annual Programs
Fund.
Clubs– what can you do to help
encourage giving?
First, make it easy for your
Members to give –
One simple idea:
Bill Sustainer contributions
quarterly with your dues!
Next, honor those who do give!
Recognize sustainers with Badge
stickers…..list them in your
directory and in the database
Hold Formal presentations of
new Paul Harris Fellows
Apply for club awards for Sustainer
levels presented at DC
Club Presidents – what’s your role?
• Lead by example – be a sustainer and a Paul
Harris Fellow, and wear your pin!
• Appoint a club Foundation chair, and make sure
you list them on the club Database and with RI.
• Make sure your club sends contributions in
regularly throughout the Rotary year.
• If you have questions about your Club’s giving
report, contact the Rotary Foundation or Lee
Beam, Annual Giving Chair
Then, Involve your Club in
Foundation Programs!
• Seek out International Matching Grant Projects
• Apply for a Community Project Grant
• Participate in the Polio Plus fundraising effort,
and educate your community about Polio
Eradication
• Sponsor GSE Team Leaders or Members
• Nominate an Ambassadorial Scholar

Keep Track of Your Club’s Progress
Quarterly during the first part of the year, and then
monthly during the last quarter, you’ll receive
Foundation contribution reports from me.
LOOK AT THEM! Contributions should be sent in
quarterly to the Foundation – if your club hasn’t
sent any, FIND OUT WHY!
Familiarity with The Rotary
Foundation. .
first will lead to Involvement with
the Rotary Foundation . .
and then will lead to Generosity in
contributing to the Rotary
Foundation!
Why do I contribute
to TRF?
Why should you?
Our reward?
Making the world a better
place to live, by doing
Good in the World!
