• greet each customer in a personal way
• discuss general sales of products
• Conduct visual evaluation of products (i.e. quantity, placement of H of H
products, note competitors products present)
• Check freshness and quality of previously purchases products
• offer customer suggestions to improve sales of products (i.e. product
knowledge, placement, new products to try)
• Introduce any new H of H promotions
• Make suggestions to match competitors products (i.e. pricing versus
competitors, quality of products, variety)
