Viniterra was created in 1997 by Adriano
Senetiner, respected winemaker in the
South cone. He was the founder of many
wineries Viniterra is his last and precious
creation where he is the main producer of
the grapes for our wines.
The Winery is located in Luján de Cuyo,
Mendoza. Region known for growing the
best Malbec grapes in the world.

We proudly introduce our lines:
Cautivo de Orfila: Young wines that provides unbeatable value for money. These un – oaked wines
are fruit – driven displaying a distinctive varietal character, perfect for daily consumption.
FOB SC, IA - $52/12 bottle
Cautivo de Orfila OAK: Expressive and well structured wines with a frank varietal character. These
wines are aged for 6 months in oak barrels, which grant their complexity and pleasant feeling.
Balanced and gently in the palate.
Cautivo de Orfila Gran Malbec: Our premium brand, conceived to refined palates. Our Inacayal
Gran Malbec displays complexity and elegance with the perfect balance of textures and flavors.
Traditional winemaking methods are used to obtain the best expression and concentration from the
fruit. Wines are aged in new oak barrels for 12 months to develop further layers of captivating aromas.

ELABORATION PROCESS
Hand-picked harvest, soft pressing.
Cold maceration and alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature.
Natural stabilization and maturation in stainless steel tanks.
TASTING NOTES Malbec
Young wine of intense violet color, clean and bright.
Good aromatic perception of plums and red fruits.
Soft and mature tannins. Harmonic and round finish.
SERVING TEMPERATURE
16° - 18° C

VARIETALS - TASTING NOTES
Cabernet Sauvignon
Young wine of deep and intense red color. Spiced aromas of black
pepper and licorice accompanied by fresh notes.
In the mouth it is frank and juicy with well – marked tannins.
Harmonic and round finish.
Merlot
Young wine of bright red ruby color. Aromas of mature red fruit and
spiced notes. In the mouth it is frank and juicy with well – marked
tannins. Harmonic and round finish.
Chardonnay
Young wine of yellow color with greenish hues. Fruity aromas that
remind pineapple, apple and white peach. In the mouth it is expressive
and fresh, with a very nice acidity. Pleasant and persistent finish.
Torrontes
Young wine of pale lemon – green color. Aromas of lemon, flowers and
hints of herbs. In the mouth it is intensely flavored with a refreshing
finish of apricot and a touch of minerality.

8 days at 24° C – 26°C and 7 days of postfermentative maceration.

OAK - TASTING NOTES
Malbec
Intense red ruby color with violet hues. Varietal and frank aromas,
with presence of mature red fruits, spices, and well-marked vanilla
and coffee notes. Persistent and pleasant finish.
Cabernet Sauvignon
Intense red violet color, clean and bright. Aromas of black fruits
and spices. In the mouth the it´s wide and balanced.
Long and pleasant finish.
Chardonnay
Bright yellow color with green hues. Fruity aromas of mature pears
and pineapples. Fresh, floral and smooth wine with a long and gentle finish.

FERMENTATION
3 days of cold maceration
8 days of fermentation at 26° C – 28°C
20 days of post fermentative maceration.
AGING
12 months in French oak and 8 months in bottle
TASTING NOTES
Dark and deep red color with intense violet hues. In the nose it´s haughty,
complex and fragrant with reminiscences of mature red fruits.
Elegant aromas of spices and dried fruits granted by the oak.
In the mouth it´s frank and juicy, with smooth and sweet tannins that turn it
on a Malbec for aging.
