When will I get my W-2 form?
• W-2’s are mailed on or before January 31st of
the following year.
• You need to come by the Payroll Office
personally to pick it up.
Can I get a copy of a previous year W-2?
• We can only print two years prior to the current
year.
Can I change my W-4 form?
• You will need to come by the payroll office to
change the form.

Authorization?
• You will need to come to the Payroll Office and
change the form.
• Once this is done, the new authorization will go
into effect.
• You can have up to three designated financial
institutions for your direct deposit.
