AIRPORT
Bristol International: 9 miles
From Junction 19 of the M4, follow the M32 into Bristol, signposted for City Centre. Turn
left following the signs for Temple Meads railway station, keeping in the middle lane
through the underpass. At the roundabout, take the third exit onto Victoria Street. The car
park entrance is on the right.

Terms and Conditions of Booking
1. All prices are inclusive of V.A.T.
2. All provisional bookings must be confirmed within 7 days of booking by paying the
non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of £10.00 per person.
3. The balance of the total event cost must be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to the
event.
4. Only one cheque per booking can be accepted.
5. Cash payments can only be accepted during normal office hours.
6. No refunds will be given if the booking or any part of it is cancelled by the client.
7. Table arrangements cannot be guaranteed, although every effort will be made to
accommodate requests.
8. Two weeks prior to the event is the final date at which minor amendments can be
made to seating arrangements, guest names etc.
9. No jeans or trainers permitted.
10. Novotel Bristol Centre reserves the right to alter dates or withdraw any part of this
programme providing sufficient notification time. Should any part of the programme
be cancelled by the hotel all monies will be refunded in full if alternative
arrangements cannot be agreed.
11. Children under 16 years of age will not be admitted to evening events.
12. Discounted accommodation rates and all offers are subject to availability. Rooms are
payable at the time of booking and are non-refundable.
13. All drinks bills must be settled on the night by cash or credit card or pre-paid. The
management reserves the right to refuse the service of alcoholic drinks.
14. The hotel reserved the right to select wine used for any promotional offers and
replace wine ordered with suitable alternatives if necessary.
15. The hotel must be notified of a key contact that will attend on the night and assume
responsibility for their guests’ conduct in compliance with the hotel management and
licensing laws. If any member of your party should be disruptive, or in any way
threaten the enjoyment of other visitors they may be asked to leave the premises.
