 Steven Spielberg is one of Hollywood's best known directors and one of the wealthiest filmmakers in the world.  He wrote and directed movies such as Schindler's List, The Color Purple, E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial and Saving Private Ryan.  He co-founded DreamWorks SKG IN 1994.

 Being an amateur filmmaker as a child he moved quite often but spent part of his life living in Arizona.

 He became one of the youngest TV directors for Universal in the late 1960s.
