• Strategy: Investigate and address the barriers to
business startups (i.e. resources, training, policies,

existing spaces within the community for economic
development.
• Strategy: Develop and keep current an inventory of all
existing businesses.
• Strategy: Partner with educational entities and
employers to ensure job training corresponds to employer
